Delivery and returns

Delivery

Products may be sent all over Spain and to European Union countries.

All products are vacuum-packed to maintain quality and flavour during transit. In this way, we guarantee that the product will reach the customer in perfect condition and ready to eat. Products comply with all Spanish and European Union health regulations.

Orders are sent to customers by express delivery and will arrive within 72 hours from receipt of the order confirmation (valid for Spain, see delivery times for other countries).

The company will not be responsible for products being stored in a way which differs from the instructions on the label.

To file a claim for breakage or any anomaly during transport, customers must notify the courier when delivery is made. If they do not do so, the seller may not be held responsible for anomalies in transport.

Returns

Customers have 7 days to return products with their original labels and without breaking the vacuum-packed seals. Transport costs deriving from returns due to customer dissatisfaction will be paid by the customer. If the change or return is due to an error made by Embutidos Valdezate, Embutidos Valdezate will reimburse the transport costs paid.

Returns must be sent pre-paid to the following address: Calle Tabaco 9, 47196 La Pedraja de Portillo, Valladolid.

Once the return is received, Embutidos Valdezate will check the state of the returned products. Embutidos Valdezate will contact the customer to reimburse the amount of the order or to create a different order.

Products in which incorrect use, incorrect handling or damage are detected will be returned to the customer. Products which are not sent in the original box or packaging will be returned to the customer, all pre-paid, as their return is unauthorised.
